Hi fellow newbies
i am getting P****D off with a few of the "regulars" who post on virtually every topic and criticise all that post in these topics, if they can't help then they should butt out and post there arrogance in a topic titled "Arrogant people post here", they citicise everything from what operating system you use to your grammer and spelling (they are not so perfect themselves) and some of us have lives outside their computers and don't always proof read everything they and other people write SAD SAD SAD.

oooooooooo i can't wait to see some of the backlash i get from those "regulars".

Turbonutter will post first.

I don't see how AMD_MAN has any place to judge this forum and the posters on it. He's done 18 posts, just over 2000 words and he's been here 22 days, unless he's a multiple-accountant, then please be my guest to step foward and judge us, but I find that unlikely. AMD_MAN, give this forum and the posters more of a chance before judging us at the click of your finger - there are a lot of intelligent Regulars on here!

I'm a "newbie" here, but I have accounts at a few other forums. Somtimes under different names, sometimes under funkygamer.

I find this forum no worse than any other in terms of newbie bashing, but I think I avoided it because my first few posts were, dare I say, intelligent. Or were at least above the standard "what c00l muzik r u listening 2" kind of threads that you find elsewhere.

The thing I like about this forum is that everybody is down-to-earth and mostly intelligent and helpfull, (especially Tyla and, yes, even Turbonutter has good days when he's not M$ bashing ;-) ).

Some good discussions go on here, give it a chance AMD_MAN.

i have posted questions and answers under differant names on this forum, i mostly use the OCUK forum, i am a hardware guy and if i can help i will help people not just post for the sheer hell of posting, im not really diggin at you lot but it just riles me up when i sometimes post questions of which i know the answer to but just wanna make sure i am right then find out that some regulars have dis'ed my grammer and spelling. i know the grammer and spelling is bad but i can't be ass'ed to "proof" read it.

Also i have never said that i thought any of the regulars werent intelligent, it's just that some of them assume that newby's are stupid, Boy if you knew who i worked for!!!

God i moan alot don't i, i am like a winging women.

This can be said for a lot of the posters on here. We all know each other by name, but not who, where and how... Relationships have been built here out of respect (especially in this forum). So you say you know a lot about these forums, personally, I don't, but I do know who's post's are worth reading and who's aren't!

>I have posted questions and answers under differant names on this forum,

I hate people who do that... Why? Surely you would gain better respect for you Q&A's if you kept to the same name? Take responsiblity for ones actions

I hate this too, having post "digged" at because of your english ability or lack of it. But again, people tend to take you a bit more seriously if you can at least spell and not talk in bad english/crap slang (i.e dis'ed, ass'ed). It just makes people "sound" stupid and lazy and reduces their credibility even more.

OK... Surprise us, who do you work for? We could get into a competeion on who works for the biggest/Well know company... Personally, I'm genuinly interested to see who you do work for...

We don't proof read them, and everyone makes mistakes, but it's when people blatently aren't using capitals or punctuation when it really pees us off. If you don't know how to spell a word, that's fine, but plz dont rite lik dis bcoz it maks u look lik a 3 yr. old especialy if u dont uz puncation an sentencs go on an on and on and on an on.

AMD_MAN I know what you are saying, I became a regular earlier this month (I mainly use the PS2 forum).
A couple of people always come up with negative comments etc, to any posts, they obviously know everything about everything.
You can't let the minority 1% spoil it for you.
