Good to see the points table taking shape.
I got zero points in challenge 1 and about 130 in challenge 2, don't think I will need to book any holiday at work for the trip to Cyprus.

I have stopped using the handbrake in Sweden, found alot of the corners could be cut to scrub off some speed rather than braking and risk losing control.
This one needs more practice than the others and trying to get three perfect stages together will drive you mad !

Hmm... too much partying this weekend and not enough time for WRC (but what's a dude to do when James Holden and Byron Stingily shows up in Stockholm :))

I managed to cut my time from 9.53.xx to 9.33.xx yesterday but I will have to improve alot tonight.

Does anyone have any pointers on how to break, take hairpins, crucial time saving corners etc?

Hey g1nger, I think there's something wrong with g1nger.net.

I was looking at the SSX Tricky section, and there is a similarity between the Garibaldi and Elysium Alps top scores. Basically, the two top scores on both courses are exactly the same. SSX Pro has about 1.4 million, and Resevilfan (I think) has just over a million. They are exactly the same, not just close. I find it quite unlikely that they both got exactly the same score on each course, which is why I think there is a problem somewhere.

I'm down to the 9.27's, will have one final go tomorrow evening, I'll be glad to see the back of this one, wonder where 4th challenge will be, UK hopefully.

My best is currently 9.20.46, best stage times are 2.03.02, 4.31.34 and 2.45.98. It IS getting tough though...

I am down to
2.03.18 + 4.35.24 + 2.50.20 = 9.28.62

I can't understand how i'm over 30secs behind everyone? ...even without crashing i can't get sort of time!

I'm down to 9.30 also, but still keep crashing into everything. And I haven't memorized the stages yet. So I hope maybe I can knock 5 or so seconds off that time.

But that snow thing doesn't really seem to be for me. I remember that in V-Rally (PS1), I hated Italy (tarmac) and loved Sweden, here it seems to be the other way round.

I love the snow (except yellow snow), prehaps I will do well on this challenge, but I see the best people are down to 9.15's already.
