Well a nice list of announced games I see for Nintendo. It is VERY nice to see the Nintendo catch up already in progress... they stormed America and Japan over christmas and it looks like it would be Easter for us lot:

GBA SP
Online for Gamecube
Phantasy Star Online V1 and V2
Phantasy Star collection (GBA)
Resident Evil 0
Metroid Prime
The legend of Zelda: A Link to the past

Are the stuff I'll try and get (steal/win). March looks promising and it seems Nintendo already have plans for this upcoming christmas... Final Fantasy, Mario Kart and Pikmin will be headlineing a storming christmas this year.

But it is the release date of Zelda I smile and shake my head at. Wario's World appears in the vain of Pikmin and will try and be the summer game whilst Zelda is released in Spring... May 3rd in fact :)

Awww Nintendo you sentimental fools... just like that special date in America (november the something or other). But pish what good in the past has ever come on May 3rd?

Dringo.

Okay, take that out, as it's utter crap.

But still, I don't see them doing it. :-)

Nah, it won't be on May 3rd.

That's a Saturday, and no matter how important the Zelda series is to Nintendo, I cannot see them making an exception with this one and releasing it a day after they normally would.

Believe it if you want, but releasing a game on a Saturday isn't going to happen. :-)

They planned it all along :) They released Metroid on the same day as the Gamecube in America... which was the same day as the SNES, Zelda ocarina of time, GBC and Goldeneye...

did you know that?

Sentimental fools they are :) Who cares about strategy when you have these small touches to smile at.

The release of the Cube in the UK?

Anyway, Nintendo originally announced a UK release of Q2-2003, which suggests April-June release - possibly on my birthday it seems :D

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
