Then get all your US games from Dvdboxoffice.com

methinks ;-) they do , the controllers havent got any regional lockouts like the consoles, if they did it would be pretty stupid , i emailed nintendo about this a couple months back and they said the controllers will work on any gamecube console.

Will imported controllers work for the pal cubes?

I heard they will, and it'd be nice to have one while i waited for launch. Not a bad price either, methinks.

i bid on one on ebay , got it for £175 , which roughly translates to £128 , plus $44 postage , so about £155 altogther , then i bid on 3 games in one auction , super money ball , wave race and rouge leader , which i got for $96 , plus postage , so $122 altogether , then i had to buy a step down convertor and a memory card including postage was £33. finally i bought another controller for $30 , plus $9 postage.
altogther about £280-£300.
pretty good me thinks !

Nope. Still not tempted. I have to wait anyway, cuz I don't have a job yet, and I have AS exams coming up soon. And I don't trust imports, you may end up with a lizard or something inside!! I've seen things like that on TV, and TV's ALWAYS right!

Did I mention DVDboxoffice do free shiping?!

Its very tempting!

PS2 is all good yeah, but there isnt nothing interesting me until MGS2 comes out. After hating the orignal I am pretty impressed with the demo, cant wait for this!

GBA...Hmmm. Got one yeah, only got two games though. Tony hawks and Mario kart. Should get advance wars soon, got Sonic on pre-order with SR:) Though its not coming out till March :( wish i had imported it....

Super Monkey ball for £28.61!!!

Tempting but I want to win GC Gads, and I don't think a US machine would handle PaL games so well.

What's more, I don't trust chipping!
Tempting, but I'll wait.

Anyway Ortega, you can afford to be patient with your PS2!
I might get a GBA to fill the gap...
