"Oh and I liked the entrances in the old games aswell they were wicked"
Yeah, I didnt like the ones in SD 2, I aslo like the way No Mercy plays better than the Smack Down style.

They don't have to change the Gameplayer style, just make it smoother and alter the animation.
Instead of linking arms, making it look like both players have equal advantage, one grabs the other's head, making it clear that he has the advantage.
They way they hold the opponent would depend on their position rather and look genuine rather than the cheesy grapple and move sequence.
They wouldn't have to change the gameplay at all.
Just make it so it didn't look so obvious.

If that doesn't yell "GET A GAMECUBE", nothing does. :-)
That's ANOTHER reason to get the Gamecube.
Especially if you regularly have friends round.
By the way, this new wrestling game is based on the N64 ones, right?
Will we still have that stupid grapple animation every time we want to pull off a move?
Surely they can be a little move imaginative than that and let the player grab them a different way instead of having to link arms like that.
In WWF, you rarely see that sort of grappling while you might often see a wrestler being held by the arm or head while the opponent prepares to pull off a technique.
