So I was right earlier then? Bad management decisions.

van Nistelrooy and Giggs were brought on in the 61st minute - surely enough time. Usually more than enough for Solkjaer!
> -Blanc made another bad defensive descision (goal 1)!!
I've no doubt he will be blamed for that, but personally I don't think he should be. Defenders do that every week, and rarely is there anyone ready to pounce. From a kick like that, the defenders usually let it go through, and it bounces harmlessly into the hands of the keeper. Blanc was just unlucky today, I think - but he will be blamed simply because of previous errors.
>-Barthez made another bad kick (goal 2)!!
Yup - well, I have to admit, that was amusing.
Suopposedly the formation changes this season were to incorporate Veron. He didn't play today, though, so why the unusual formation? Again, the only reason I can see is bad management decisions by Fergie.
Has he lost it? Is he trying to ruin United so that no-one can follow up his success? Probably not, but there's something strange going on - you've more or less said that yourself.

-Solskjaer started, and should have come on as a sub!!

Looking at the last 2 points, does this mean we're going back to our dreadfull form of earlier in the season??? I hope not! But with a result like that against Boro, it's possible!!
Is the FA Cup no better than the League Cup now? Or is it just poor management decisions? What's the excuse this time?
Bah.
We were playing our reserves, anyway.
Venom, Beckham, Giggs, van Nistelrooy.... none of them were on the starting line up.
