I most of the other games that people have mentioned. NHL and NFL 2K are rare. NBA 2K2 is very rare too.

none of the games are rare that you have mentioned, its a known fact that House of the Dead 3 is the rarest dreamcast game ever, everyone knows that its just a known fact. My friend bought it from a japanese guy on ebay for £90 just for the game, get this it dint even have instruction booklet. Good job he's half jap int it.
