Ut 2003 is CPU dependant mostly... but a good GFX card wil ldo geforce 2 upwards will run anything like UT, CM etc but not doom 3, ut2k3 other 'up to date games'

I was in your position, and with the last Championship Manager it ran, but loading and saving was rather slow. And I could only run one league.

I recently had my PC done up for about £280 which lifted it from a Pentium II to an Intel Celeron 1.7ghz, and I also had my RAM upped to 256mb and a 40gb hard drive put in. That'd run CM4 and everything else including the net a lot smoother, but it won't play other games like UT2003 (unless you got a graphics card along with it).

Look around, see if there are any small PC shops that do upgrades. Ask for quotes.

Right-click on My Computer on the desktop and select Properties. It should tell you there how much RAM you have and at least give you a clue as to the processor.
