Apparently, Nintendo of Europe are really pulling out all the stops to make the GameCube a success in Europe.
All I can say is, 'bout bleedin' time too.
Apologies though, can't post the link since it's prohibited, but take my word for it.
Never used to, but it's only recently I got a TV that I could connect the leads to!
I never didn't use RGB with my DC.
And Game makes a good point- 60Hz should be standard...not something to rant about. I can't believe the shoddiness of Sony's attitude towards it... even the DC had almost every game support the 60Hz option.
Oh, and Game, that's 60Hz not MHz!
Sonic
Some games don't support it altogether!
> Yes, I thought so too. The DC has to have RGB otherwise you can't do 60hz.
WRONG!!
I take it you don't have one!!
The 60Mhz 'thing' is great news, though.
It just goes to show that Nintendo are serious about doing well in Europe.
Sure we might see a few delays, but we'll still have games around to play.
I was just getting into Paper Mario when the GC launched in Japan...
I was playing Pro Evo and GTA3 when it was launched in the US... there's always an alternative game.... if you know what I mean.
I think you do.
> Erm, Dreamcast?
errr... I had RGB playback on my DC. And I'm sure PSX and N64 both support RGB... u can buy RGB cabes for them!
Sonic
Anyway, someone has just pointed out that it's an RGB cable IN THE BOX... which is v cool if true.
