Amazingly I didn't have the usual "go into exam only to discover I have no pen, don't know any of the answers and appear to be naked" dream which I usually have the day before an exam.

Instead I had one where a bunch of kids woke up in a building resembling my old primary school. I dunno if we'd been kidnapped or whatever, but people working for ITV (yes, ITV, the TV programming company) and were holding us there for market research, making us test games and watch their programmes.

I got crushed by some fat kid and all my teeth were smashed, then I woke up, and didn't get back to sleep again that night.

So what was your last dream you remember?

In my last dream, i had to clean some radiators, but i didn't have anything to clean them with, so i asked someone for some spray and they gave me a small metal tin with lots of pictures of Arnold Schwarzenegger on it ( a bit like the T2 dvd case ), when i opened the tin inside i found a spray bottle in the shape of a bible. But this bible was no ordinary bible, oh no, it had more pictures of Arnie on it!
Who knows, maybe Arnie has infact opened a cleaning firm, dealing in radiator cleaning sprays, and has written his own bible???

For anyone who hasn't read my "Bah! Marylin Manson Invaded My Dream" post.

"I woke up this morning in a strange mood, after having probably the wierdest dream of my life. I had a nightmare! I hardly ever have nightmares (last time being many, many years ago, considering I'm 13), but this time, I was in for quite the scare. The dream goes as follows:

Marylin Manson breaks the door of my house down and suddenly wields a knife around, trying to kill me. I run upstairs and he catches me, pushes me into a lift and tries to crush me. Manson walks off. Enter a hot chick from school, who claims that she can get me out, if I stop being horrible to her (what!?). Manson stops the crusher because he wants to give me a quicker death. I run away, and he tries to catch me, but I escape the house. I bump into my headmaster, who I tell what's going on, but he tells me that I'm dreaming. I run around, putting my arm out for a ride out of there, when I bump into a little boy driving a BMW (reminiscent of Shortround from Indiana Jones), who offers to give me a lift. We drive off, and I begin to wonder whether my brother is dead or not. Suddenly, my brother's head peeps up with one of my mates from school, who are both already in the car. I tell them to wait, because I need to collect provisions, and I go to my neighbours house and nick all their chocolate and then we drive away, never to be heard from again.

That was a freaky dream! Hopefully I will never have to experienced being crushed in elevator again. Wait, this could be my first novel!

It's been a while since I had any really vivid dreams. That's probably something to do with the fact that I'm not getting nearly as much sleep as I should.

When I was younger I used to remember quite a few of my dreams the next day. I used to have lucid dreams, too, (that's where you are aware you're in a dream and can manipulate the surroundings) but not so much any more.

Some of the more recent dreams I can remember (meaning, in the last couple of years) have been a little twisted in places... would be considered offensive here anyway.

What I really do really hate though, is when you are sure you've just woken up, but you haven't. Your dream finishes, and you're lying in bed trying to summon the courage to get up. You then get up, wash, go down to breakfast and whatever, and start the day. Then you realise: "Oh b****r. I fell asleep again. I'm still dreaming."

And then you have to go through the effort of getting out of bed, all over again.

If this happens three or four times before you get up, it get's to be REALLY frustrating. Not only do you have to get up several time, but you waste an hour or so of the day.

Argh!
