Since when was 75 a milestone?
it's just every ten years after 30.

the only milestones are every 1600 years. 1 for every metre, but since nobody lives that long, they shorten it to:

13 (first teenage year, why, I don't know)
18 (Beer, YAY, but beer stinks)
21 (Why, is all I have to say)

103 and 17 days (??????)

21 is because its the old 18 basically you werent adult till 21 and 103 and 17 days because lets face it any more days are a bonus at that age especially when a ring tone sets your pace maker off and you get a boner for the first time in 40 years :)
