9pm on VH1 every night this week. Hosted by Vic Reeves.

Started yesterday with a countdown from 100 - 81 which included...

Elvis becoming honorary drugs enforcement agent by Nixon even though he was off his face wearing a purple jump-suit.

David Crosby being the sperm donar for Melissa Etheridges 2 kids.

Keith Moons famous exploding drum kit moment..

And this will only get better.. worth a look I believe.

I know that they were a spoof band, but I thought that he legitimately exploded, the way they were talking about it.

No, there's something wrong with me, those stupid human-genes are kicking in again!

I suddenly have the urge to become a Monkey Anarchyist!

Please, please, please, please, for the sake of me and all the Gods worshipped all over the world, please tell me that you realise this was a joke from a spoof film!!! If you haven't seen the 'Rockumentary' Spinal Tap, then go and get it now - it was re-released about a year ago. It's one of the funniest films ever and I notice new things everytime I watch it.

Ooh, I just found some information here. Apparently, 13 of their drummers are dead.

"The band's "success" came to a halt when Pepys died in a bizarre gardening accident in 1969. He was replaced with Eric "Stumpy Joe" Childs..."

"Childs choked to death on an unknown offender's vomit that same year, and was replaced with Peter James Bond..."

"They quickly signed with Polymer Records and began to record their new album, but were halted when Bond spontaneously combusted onstage. He was immediately replaced with drummer Mick Shrimpton..."

"Despite Shrimpton's sudden combustion and his short replacement, Joe "Mama" Bessemer..."

I couldn't find out anymore about them or their other 9 drummers. It seems a little coincidential that it happens to be 13. ;)

Was it caught on film? I find it very unlikely that this was legitimate, as he was probably trying to escape the media or something.

"Yeah but there was something strange about that band....they never managed to hang on to their drummers for very long did they.....?"

I take that as pure coincidence.

"No...they got through quite a few. Most meeting grisly deaths."

Such as what? Cheers...

No one knows. They were playing a gig and he just went up. All that was left was a small green globule on his stool. One of rock's greatest mysteries.

Their drummer exploded? Was it as a stunt or like a spontaneous explosion? Fill me in! I would think that Kurt Cobain's suicide and John Lennons murder would rank up there, with Eminem in general into single figures also.
