Argh! I didn't see that question. Well on the episode where Marge goes into the Pretzel wagon business, Homer hires 3 heavies(the ones in the question) to help her. They want the profits, and when Marge says no, Fat Tony says "Legs, louie, advance on them". So that is my answer, Legs and Louie

Easy, it is the "maison derier" (that wasnt spelt right). The owner I can't remeber, all I remember is that she dresses like an old woman, has gre hair, and forced bart to work there when he knocked her gargoyle from the roof when he was trying to retrieve a model aeroplane
