Personally, I'm not getting to excited about the promise of an upcoming annoucement on February 5th - yet.
Now, I know people are touting the imminent release of the Gamecube in Europe "a few weeks" after this date, but is a few weeks really enough time to prepare the shops, advertising and marketing for an early March release? I don't think so. I know Nintendo would like to steal the X-Box's thunder, but I would of thought that UK stores would have been made aware of the date before now if it will be released so soon.
Still - here's hoping.

This is actually the first time with a Nintendo console in a long time that Nintendo will run the Irish and British Markets themselves.
T.H.E Games controlled it with the N64 and made a pig of it.
Actually the newly formed Nintendo UK/Shelly Friend will be a lot different, you'll see.

Well, this is what I've been saying all along-
Nintendo have, once again, screwed the UK market! We don't even know the date for release- possibly the poorest treatment and market has been given!
