No they can be sacked, and then they change into a newbie or regular. It depends on their postcount

Can staffies ban other staffies? Or when that happens, do the two opposing powers of the staffies repel the ban and all the banned people they have banned come as ghosts, flying out of their computer: an old man, bertha jorkins and the rest.
