There was the man that sued himself for falling of a ladder, because he represented both the prosecution and defence he won the case. $2million in damages, and as he couldn't pay his insurance paid him.

A few weeks ago a supermarket was shocked to discover that they had to pay out $450,000 to a woman who fell over in their store. What shocked them even more was that the reason she fell over was by tripping over a child. Who, just happened to be her own son.

A woman is taking to court the local coucil after her son fell out of a tree when the branch snapped. She claims, "They neglected to inform us that by climbing a tree that is a risk of injury". She won her case.
