Seems that the price might not be what you all expected. Don't worry, it's in your favour, but can't say more than that.
Is it me, or do you think that Nintendo is worried.
Slow start in Japan.
Quick start in America but after initial batch, it slowed down incredibly and was outsold by the Xbox.
I think Nintendo have suddenly realised that they NEED a good grip in Europe.
That's why there's been such a sudden announcement and speculation of an earlier-than-expected release.
I've never felt so optimistic about this launch before.
Perhaps it'll even be late February...
In a way, I'm quite thankful that the Gamecube has gotten quite a shaky start elsewhere...

Now i'll say something though, the latest catalogues out have the Gamecube at £400, I know catalogues are dear, but £400 is ridiculous.
Plus it is dated for April 1st in them.
