Now before anyone says anything, this topic has nothing to do with Special Observe, where we posted photos of ourselves so that we knew what we all looked like.
Basically, I've always had an interest in photography, but have never really gotten into it so much until recently, and with college now over until September, I have time to just leisurely wonder about taking pictures, which is a really nice way to get away from just sitting in front of the computer just waiting for Bingo numbers to come up. Oh yeah, I'm studying Interactive Media too, which goes in well with this new-found hobby of mine.
So basically, the purpose of this topic is to provide an area where you can share all of your best photos with us, taken by you, obviously as long as you're happy sharing them. Don't show us anything you don't want us to see.
The camera I've been using is an 8.3MP one, so the pictures come out really big and clear, but size restrictions apply on Flickr, which is where I've put them, so they're scaled down, but you still get the good quality.
So yeah - lets see some of your best shots and hopefully this topic will flourish into a nice, big, pleasant walk through a graphical utopia.

I use a Canon Ixus i7 which is handy and small - I can only hold a camera with one hand so it's useful to have all the controls within reach of one thumb.
We briefly had a photo competition in the creative forum before SR died a death and a few of us who frequent PM still carry it on - we're on to number 31 at the moment.
