Its not homework its a riddle

I've been looking at it for 5 minutes and i still aint got an f-ing clue...

um, it looks like it starts in base 2, and then moves into bases 3 and 4.. but I think it doesn't have a next term because you just wrote random numbers down. Either that or it's way way too difficult for me.
