On Mission 3 Filthy business I keep getting wasted by the fat cop Mckormackon the 2nd floor of the police station cna anybody help me out, please ?

Hey, welcome to the forums, Filthy Business is mission 7 not 3, but anyway I’ll tell you how to do it.
Once inside the police station follow the copper to the phone room. When he leaves, turn right and follow the signs to the first floor. Once upstairs, go past McCormack’s office, and follow the signs to the evidence room. Find the gun, holster it and leave. McCormack is waiting outside with an escort. Trail him – using the stealth mode (X) – waiting for the aural prompts that tell you when to advance. Follow him to a closed room on the bottom floor, then let him have it – not before, mind or the cops will swarm you
If you need any help escaping the Police Station just ask.

Shoot him a bit, he runs downstairs to the interrogation room.
You can't kill him anywhere but there.
Then take the game back and get something that doesn't, in fact, lick balls.
