AbandonWare?
hmmm.....
Weren't Sega selling their Mega Drive games as downloadable roms on Dreamcast or something in Japan?
Plus many SNES games are making come backs on GBA!
Also these aren't old enough to be classed as AbandonWare!
I'm a big fan of emulation, don't get me wrong. But there's no way your gonna convince me what your doing is completely legal!
