"My website decision- VOTE"

As most of you know my ROM site should have been finished yesterday but due to technical errors it did not go ahead this is because my hard drive with my site on as had it (again!, What do you expect its my old 2GB one!) well any way here is what the vote will be:

Should i publish my early version with poor logo and cool ROMs and get it sorted out later on (Maybe hold a new logo competion)

or

Should i hold the site back for another month(or 2!!!!) while i rework my backup into a cool site


Your choice

2 days to go i am checking my links.

The first things uploaded will be the emulators and the Master System + NES ROMs as they are the smallest files. The others will be uploaded from college where i have access to super fast internet

Does any seem to care about ROM sites unless they contain ROMs for N64 or PSone ISO Images by the way.

I have made 5 other ROM sites in the past and none of them have been taken down

AbandonWare?

hmmm.....

Weren't Sega selling their Mega Drive games as downloadable roms on Dreamcast or something in Japan?

Plus many SNES games are making come backs on GBA!

Also these aren't old enough to be classed as AbandonWare!

I'm a big fan of emulation, don't get me wrong. But there's no way your gonna convince me what your doing is completely legal!

Any way in the customer sites section where people who are with freeola or getdotted post there pages some of them are ROM sites and havn't been taken down.

One more thing Technically SNES,NES,MegaDrive and so on games are now classed as AbandonWare (havn't been sold in years and are not available any more) so are perfectly legal.
