Shiny Entertainment confirm they're developing The Matrix for Gamecube, by advertising for a Gamecube programmer to work on it!
News piece 2:
Acclaim unveiled another Gamecube game they're working on - Vexx. Using the same technology as Turok Evolution (and we all know how beautiful that looks) the game features 18 levels spread over 6 expansive worlds. Visuals are currently looking very similar Jak&Daxter and will apparently play quite similar to it aswell.

President of Squaresoft (who cares what his name is) recently stated that the Gamecube is more developer-friendly that PS2. It's all positive, ya know...
