I don't watch WWF as a rule, but I'm curious. This "Austin 3:16" business... what is the significance of the '3:16' part?

I am getting annoyed at it as well.
Me and my mates did it to Disco Inferno and Scott Steiner at the WWF event... that was cool! They got annoyed... or acted annoyed anyway, but now it is quite boring.

However, because all the idiot fans didn't like him, only us here at the WWF Forum realised how good and amusing it really was. I mean, there's a whole topic dedicated to it somewhere down here.
And then he became a good guy again, and all the crowd love him and repeat the chant "What!?" during everyone else's speeches, which can get annoying when you're trying to concentrate. Some wrestlers have complained about it, actually. Lance Storm and Chris Jericho to name a couple of them.
