My mate is telling me if i have a file called "jdbgmgr.exe" I have a virus. I searched my computer and i have the file and it has a bear icon with it, my mate is saying I have to delete it straight away but I dont know if they are having me on or not.

Remember that viruses can cometimes change the antivirus program and make it think it is safe. So update them reguarly.
You delete that program, your computer is buggered up!
It's a trick that exploits less computer literate people, they see it and delete it because they get all worried!
Unless your virus checker says so, don't delete any files like that just because you have gotten an email or something...
