OK, I'm not going to beat around the bush. Recommend me some good Gamecube games to fill in the gap between now and March 7th, when I'll be getting Sonic Mega Collection... which should fill in the two weeks until Metroid Prime... which should easily fill in the six or so weeks until Zelda.

I've got...

Bomberman Generation
Crazy Taxi
Doshin the Giant
Extreme G 3
Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer
Mario Party 4
Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Spider-Man
Starfox Adventures
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Smash Bros Melee
Timesplitters 2
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
Turok: Evolution
Wave Race: Blue Storm
X-Men: Next Dimension

... so don't recommend those, obviously. Also, I'm looking for something with a decent single player mode, seeing as I don't get that many opportunities to play multiplayer *sob etc*... so I was thinking maybe Star Wars: Rogue Leader, for starters.

Cheers.

And I'd like to apologise for the use of the phrases "filling a gap" and "beating around the bush" in the same thread.

It still managed to be entertaining, despite the poor controls and graphics.

SFA was dull

That's a matter of opinion, as with most things.

Die Hard was just crap. I just couldn't be bothered with it. Poor graphics, poor controls... it was just poor. While Starfox - while not exactly groundbreaking or challenging - looks good, plays well and I'm enjoying it a whole lot more than I'd ever enjoy Die Hard.

I'd say it was very average - no more than 6/10. The checkpoint system is annoying, the graphics are very bland and the game has this.. uninspired feeling that makes it appear shallow. It's worth a tenner - if you can find it for that, but no more.

Die Hard has its faults but I still thought it was a really good game. Just takes a while to get into...

Oh stupid me, just realised I was reading what you wrote about Die Hard and somehow decided the score was for your Freeloader.
