I know it's a little bit early but I thought i'd make a start.




If you vote me for a notible I will,




1: Do my best to cut down the cruelty that some newbies receive.




2: Give you even more great stories than before.




3: Try and put a stop to the countless amount of spamming that is currently going on.




How will I be able to do all this?
Without the power that a notable has I will not be able to do carry out these promises. Nor will I be able to do so without you jolly chaps.
So I need to count on you guys to make me a notable.

So go on VOTE FOR DOUGHNUT MONSTER!

Point to consider is that not one single memeber of the current notables has at any point launched an election campaign.

I see your point but I stand by my reasons!

Think about what makes you a contender.

Now think about how many other people in the forum have the same qualities.

When it comes down to it, most people here are contenders for whatever reason, but whether they have a chance of being voted depends on what impression they've made.

Grix, Ant, Meka, Sniper and Fantasy Meister were notable before the coloured names existed, hence they got voted.
It you don't get voted, you're not notable enough yet, or there's someone else more notable than you are.

Besides, if you do a campaign, people are more likely to begrudge you your victory, accusing you of begging for votes and that sort of thing...

Hmm well sounds fair enough up to a point.

But if poeple like myself don't have a campaighn they will have no chance of becoming a notable.
Even if thy are contendors like myself.

Besides it gives the true notable contendors a little competition plus a little exitement for the rest of us.
If campaighns were done away with there would be no fun in the notable votes.

You misunderstand. When I say campaigning against campaigns, I don't mean "vote 4 me and i will stop election campains!!!" (although it would be a neat little irony), I meam that whenever I see an election campaign, I'm do everything to see this practice discouraged.

It basically defeats the object of the entire notable business.

If you're a genuine notable then campaigns aren't necessary.

The only time I argue is when i'm messing around it's all tongue in cheek stuff, some people take it too seriously though for example Nebster watsit.
