What games do you have in your collection? How varied are your tastes and how have they changed over the years. You’ll see from my collection that I became mostly an RPG player after the purchase of my PSX. And before anyone says it, yes I know it’s sad for a girl to have so many games, but hey it’s my hobby and I collect them. (And if you’re wondering why I have them all written down, well it’s for insurance purposes). You’ll also notice that in the early days of the Master system etc, that I didn’t have many games, this is because I was only little and couldn’t buy them myself so had to wait and pray that I got them as presents. But once I got a job, the collection really took off.

Yeah, but no-one cares what games other people have. I'm not bothered if people know what games I've got or not.
The only time it matters is if you're talking about a specific, then you can join in or not.

Let's just say I buy good games, and I have no really specific tastes. I can't be bothered to post all the games I've got, becuase I know that no-one'll care.
Maybe they'll go "Hmmm, he has some of the games I've got. Then again, so have a few million others" but at the end of the day, a list of games is no use to man or beast.
Or even Azul.

And what are you on about "Standing up for what you believe in"? You believe in writing out all your games for others to read? That's the main belief in you life? The policy by which you decide what is right and what is wrong, what should and shouldn't be allowed.
There is nothing to believe in, it's words on a page. Unless they were crafted into a story or something remeberable, then maybe they'd be interesting.
But it's just a list.
List's are boring - shopping lists, 'to do' lists. They're pointless.
Unless you highlight a specific game to talk about with other, and share experiences and feelings about it, the whole thing is just too amniguous to really mean anything to anyone.
Even Azul.

It's a bit like the topic in the music forum, where you post what music you're listening to. It's just become one big, boring list with no disscusion about what's said.
And that's not interesting at all.
Not even to Azul

This has already been answered in my other posts, if you care to go back to the beginning and read them all. You are just repeating what has already been asked and answered. If you feel that it was un-needed fine thats your opinion, I didn't ask you to read the whole post. If you have a problem with it then stop reading it and ignore it, that what I do if a feel a post is useless.

I hope you don't take what I'm saying the wrong way or think that I'm dissing you because I'm not. I'm just trying to get my point across. Obviously this post was a mistake on this Forum as most people don't seem to be getting what I'm on about. It is a lesson learned that I will remember in the future. There is not more that I can do.

No, I won't skim back.

Tell me in a singular, solitary post, why you posted a huge list that was completely unnecessary?

As a collector I am always on the look out for older games. Yes some of them I have on a list and I could make specific topics asking about them. But then (and this has happened many times) there are games that I played when I was younger and have fogotten about. Then if i ask what games people have and they show me a list, It may jog my memory and I'll think Oh, yeah I forgot about that and then I'll ask them if they are willing to sell it. If they not it will go on my list to look out for.

I can posted a list of my games because it is easy for me. I have them in a database for insurance purposes. If they were not in the data base I would have only posted a few, becuase I wouldn't be bothered to type them all up.

You say that you wouldn't be bothered to list all yours becuase no-one would care, but as I have just asked what games people have, doesn't that mean that I care? You may not care about what games I have, which is fair enough, but I'm interested in what games you have.

You have missed the point of what I meant there. I wasn't saying that I believed in Listing all my games. I was saying that I believed I had a good reason for doing it. Thats how you decide if something is right or wrong. If you have a reason then is right, if you do it just for the hell of it then 9 times out of 10 its wrong. This wasn't a useless post for me I had a reason. And that he could ask the question and I would tell him. There was no point in him assuming that I wouldn't answer.

Yes that may be true, but in the end no one put a gun to your head and makes you to add to the list or even read it. And if people had listed their games and I spotted someing of interest I would have started a disscussion. Unfortunaly, what with most people missing the point of the post this didn't have a chance to happen. Obviously as I am replying to most of theses posts, I am reading all the replys, Its not as if I just posted the topic and left it, becuase I wasn't really interested in what other people had to say.

And asking a question over and over again that has already been answered, just because you are too lazy to go back and read prevoius posts isn't spamming because?

So, your avoiding the question.
Just answer it.
It's not hard.
Unless it was blatant spam, and you knew it.
And whats lazy about it?
All I have to do is move my hand 2 inches, and click about 5 times.
I just dont want to skim read loads of posts when you can just tell me straight.

So come on then, I'm waiting.

Excuse me but there is no need to be rude. If you use your "puney brain" and read some of my posts you will know that I started this topic in the hopes that it would start a few decent discussions, as posts like this one have started on other boards. If I wanted to boast my word count don't you think I wold have started loads of spam treads. I think I currently only have 3 treads on the go at the moment including this one.
