My girlfriend has left me in our flat alone for a week and I'm losing it already. The question I really need help with is WHAT SHALL I MAKE FOR DINNER? I could just go to the chippie, but I'm scared that I'd just get used to it and become a big fatso. I could get stone baked pizza from the Co-op, but again the fatso element could rear it's ugly head. I'm thinking Pot Noodle at the moment because I don't need to wash up plates and it cooks easily in minutes. What do you think?

Call me revolutionary, but there's a wide range of excellant ready meals available at your local Sainsburys, or other high-class supermarket retail outlet. Stick 'em in the oven, leave 'em, then eat 'em. Wicked. And they do a quality range of (overpriced) non-fattie versions too.

Gourmet food ain't that hard tho. Flash fry a juicy tuna steak for a minutes each side, serve with boiled potatoes with mixed herbs and olive oil mixed in, and a nice green salad (available in a ready to eat packet). Bad-a-bing, food to impress the ladies with, low fat, and a piece of p*ss to cook.

Well the government does give me loads of money just to go off and learn something I love doing anyway! My belly tells me it's time to head off to the shops. Next time you see me I'll be eating.
