Taking mine back tomorrow! horray!

I would have broadband. But I don't for two simple yet annoying reasons:

1. BT will not allows it in my area (How nice of them)
2. My driveway is too pretty to dig up for Blueyonders cable.

Urm...yep he does.

And he will be able to take it back tot he shop even though they told him it was over the 21-day policy.

He's owned the console for about two months now and it just sits on his shelf, weighing it down. The only reason I wanted an Xbox, and the Xbox's strong point, is for it's online gaming. Badgermaniac doesn't have broadband so that's down the window.

He's taking it back so he can buy something useful and he will get his money back no matter what policys there are.

The reason? Well, I think he's handing the situation over to my Mother who is the expert at these things. I've owned games I've bought from other shops and I've taken them back without the reciept and swapped them. All because of my Mum who is mental when it comes to things like this.

Let's just say she's born with it.

I have just noticed something else as well. Where are you "taking it back to"? You can't have opened it if a shop is willing to take it back and it must be within 14-28 days. I doubt very much that you own or have ever owned an Xbox and if you had you wouldn't be making stupid comments as Tom rightly pointed out. It really is pathetic that you resort to pretnending to own the console in order to put it down. Utilise the forums productively and stop making yourself look stupid!
