This forum used to contain soe fairly decent posts about decent games around, feedback on games or general chat about games, the people on here etc etc etc
Maybe it is just me but there have been loads and loads of pointless threads asking people to post nonsense in here, chat about something stupid or mostly just utter spam with no point at all.
Do Newbies think that the more replies the more chance you have to win?
Are people that bored or un-original to come up with something decent to post about.
Or is this really the intelligence level of this forum which seems to be driving most folk away??

monkey_man wrote an excellent post yesterday, and its hit the bottom of the page with only a few replies. A sad state of affairs. And sadly for the rest of us, when your bored insane at work your only choice is to reply to the crap, or get even more insanly bored.

It's a tough one to call.
You could argue that it's hard to write a real gaming related post nowadays because most of them have been done before. Especially for newbies, who get called stupid for not knowing that it's been done before, but that is more the attitude of the regulars than the newbies themselves.
