why does everyone think gran turismo 3 is the best driving game ever i've played round my mates house the only good thing about it is all the different cars but when your actually playing it;s one of the most boring driving games i've played if you really want a good fun driving game that has good graphics as well then world rally championship is the best

don't let ssxpro see this!! (actually i don't think he would care cos he accepts people's opinions :))
but i find gran turismo 3 very rewarding...it's a thing which rewards you over time.
mind you i'm not very good at it so i'm stuck at the moment :(

There's one realy easy way to make gran turismo 3 fun and brilliant, get some cash in the game and buy a nissan skyline vspec II, then tune it to 1072hp and watch as you speed up the track or rally the most powerful car that u can make for the road (legally)

when is the next colin mcrae gaem due ? I realy am looking forward to that,

gt3 is flipin brill at tarmac, and very good at gravel and mud, imagine what an extra year of development will do for colin ! rallying love it !

For "GT3 is not very good", read "I'm not very good at GT3" :-)

Its a fantastic game.

It really is. It's my favorite game of all tine (until gt4 or a new colin mcrae arrives).

But its only great if you like driving games. The chap who initiated this topic may have got it for christmas, and doesn't like it. A bit like klinglicker who posted 'Why I think the Gran Turismo formula is all wrong'.

If GTA3 is anything like the PS1 version then I must agree with robot master. I won't even consider buying the game just becoz it looks nice, I'm wating for TOCA, does anyone know if they are going to do a PS2 TOCA??
