Ok, I need a review submitter for my site that does basically exactly what SR's does. It also needs to have the character limit on it and a word filter to prevent idiots (no names mentioned) *Cough* Dav1d *Cough* posting stupid reviews.

There is no way we can guide you through building one of those. You'll have to search for them or maybe get SR to send you their source.
