Meka's post prompted me to check and discover the most interesting Euro release information EVER!

The release date is weeks away from announcement but Germany seem to already know, more than 6 shops havea 15th of march release date scetched in, NOE said to one person that wave race is coming out march 15th or 22nd whats with that?

Then theres the Australian advertising the Gamecube launch already????

Nick Martin emailed Cube-euro and said that in his local EB a member of staff told him that the GameCube is to release on the 13th March, and they were to get a playable system in store the middle of February.

And more interestingly prices...

GC GAMES ARE: 59.90 Euros which is about £37'ish,
that is apparently the price of a game but expect it to end up as £40, and
looking at ngcshops's GC price of 249.90 Euros, That works out at £154.60,

Could my £160 price tag prediction after doubling the GBA's price be proven (double american GBA price = American GC price)???

Wow thats quite good news a game and a console for £200, dont take this as concreate info though, could all be wrong in the morning.

Well they do. Its a known fact. Semptember 15th is a date in Japan for big releases, March in Europe and anytime in America.... heh.. there are other dates obviously. The GBA was released same day as he GB. Just Nintendos way, the only console which ddidnt fit in was the N64... interesting.

Oi!

Dont steal me prediction Dringo!

I said 160 way before you.

grrrrr... have a check back.

grrrrr

Anyways. March 15th makes a lot of sense. Look back at Nntendo's history, something else was released on March 15th... *hint hint*

And no, not the 64. that was March 1st.

The German retailers don't know! They have them "PENCILLED IN". It probably all started from that original retailer posting a date and they all followed.

Ah, but still no official word from Ninty (just some inside source).

Also, many publishers and many retailers still haven't got a clue about release, and some think the rumours about September are still gonna happen!

Better wait for the official info

They also sell a Panasonic one for that price. One controller, no games. It must be a Jap though.
