Right. Found an old out of print cd I'd been looking for forever.

Problem - it's on US e-bay, and I have to pay by paypal.

I've tried paypal once before, registered a credit card (including putting in that 4 digit number you get on your statement). Then got lost and gave up.
But this time I really want the cd :^)

I know you can add funds from your bank account, but that takes a few days, and the site says you can add funds instantly from a credit card.

Problem - How? The 'help' pages don't tell you, the 'add funds' tab only gives me the option to transfer funds from a bank account.

So can I actually add funds from a credit card? And if so, how???

If you've already registered your card with Paypal, then when you win the auction, just click the "pay now" thingy for paypal (paypal is fully integrated into ebay), and it should be a fairly simple "fill-out form" exercise...

I don't know why people struggle with Paypal, I've never had a problem myself.

K, the card's registered already.

So I win the ebay auction, he sends me a request for payment, and I can charge it directly to my credit card.
And I never actually have to put money into my paypal account?

Right?

Ive used paypal 3 times now, its really easy. Basically all you have to do is register your credit card. When you win the auction, the seller will send you an invoice that will have a link that you click to pay. Click the link, confirm the transaction, and bobs your uncle. I dont think you dont need to use the "add funds" function.

Right, in order to do this, you need to register a credit card. When you register, your next Credit Card statement with contain a special 4 digit number next to PayPal's name. Then enter this into the site, when it's prompts you to do so, and off you go.

Which reminds me. They've changed their contract thing, and if I don't agree to it in 60 days my count will be shut down. I better go agree to that.
