Nope, I just e-mailed them a couple of days after i'd ordered.
WHAT!!! at first it was AC for 40, now AC and F/L for 45, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SOONER!! It's too late now though, I've ordered it. Oh, and do they email you telling you that they've shipped it?
From posting which usually takes about 24 hrs i'd guess it would be about a week and a bit.
I paid for 3 day delivery, ordered on Sunday, they shipped the good Moneday and I received them the next Saturday.
You'll find that if they're getting a lot of orders for Animal Crossing (which is highly likely) then the people who paid for the more expensive postage will be higher priority. You could find yourself waiting a couple of days for them to ship your game.
Why don't you do the sensible thing and buy a freeloader and Animal Crossing off me for £45?

I don't think anyone knows, I've ordered already though, so I'll give a rough guesstimate afterwards (It may vary depending on weekends)
