Me neither. There will come a stage when they think they have all the Pokemon but then "Pokemon Yellowy green with a hint of orange in it" will be released and they will have another 150 or so Pokemon to catch.

It's a neverending cycle and eventually Ash will want to kill himself because he just wants to have a rest from catching Pokemon. It's a well known fact.

And in Pokémon 2000 they keep hinting it.....

Hmmm, another long, involving and interesting topic here by *cue. drumroll* a recently registered newbie. Personally, I think they will because on the soundtrack which I got during my Pokemon loving days a couple of years back, there is a song in which Misty annouces her love of Ash. Heh heh.

I personally think they won't catch all the pokemon. ;-)
