"Insomnia Anyone?"

Not sure whether I am too scared to sleep (no idea why) or just can't actually sleep.

I haven't slept since New Years Eve, and that was only because I drunk myself to unconsiousness.

Thats five days with no real sleep, can anyone help? Doctor says take drugs, but sadly I can't take them because of the anti-inflamitaries I am on for my chest and other drugs which keep me here.

God this sucks, my body feels emotional drained, but physically I am completey normal. I wonder if I am still buzzing from New Years Eve.

I wouldn't pray insomnia on anyone, anyway.. I am off to lie down now, oh.. heh... Whose Line Is It Anyway was really good. heh.. thats a bonus.

here on some ways to get off to sleep:
Gas your self,
Suck on the end of an exaust pipe,
Get some one to hit you with a base ball bat,
or take some pills,
get drunk,
recite all of your favourite nusery rhymes,
Hay all these worked for me, well actually the only one which is suitable is the nursery rhymes!

Insomnia....probably still buzzing mate :P Nah, sooner or later in the week you will just return to normal and get some good sleep I bet :)

I know exactly how his parents treated him, I just don't think he was justified to write 3 books on the subject. Maybe the first one, because it is horrifying the lengths his Mother went to to persecute him for nothing and attention should be brought to it, but the third seemed unnecessary. I might give "A Child Called 'it'" a go, because I risk being a hypocrite if I don't.
