What shall I do?
;-)
Again, I wonder what response you expect when you tell people you have ridiculed and actively tried to hurt these people, but now find yourself drawn to becoming 'one of them'.
Can't you actually see by the fact that you said yourself you seem to be turning into a goth, that not everyone who wears black hoodies etc. is the stereotype you just described?
I could go and nitpick, and give you a 'proper' description of a goth, but I can't really be bothered. Suffice to say that just because people wear some black items of clothing doesn't make them goths. And can I just ask you why you are so worried about this? What is it, afraid that people might take the p**s out of you for what you wear? Just like you have done to others (and from your initial post, seemed to think it was pretty cool and something to be proud of)?
Oh, and why the hell are you calling me a freak? You know nothing about me. You ask peoples advice on what you should do about a situation that is your own fault. You seem scared that you listening to this type of music is going to somehow turn you into a goth (and from some of the bands named, I don't think you have much perception of what gothic music actually is, but nevermind) and that because of this people may make fun of you. You said yourself you have done it to others before, why should I have any sympathy what so ever for you? I mean, we all make fun of people, jokingly (and hopefully, those concerned know we are only joking) but throwing eggs and shooting paintballs at people for no apparant reason apart from what they wear / what they listen to is just pointless and stupid. What does it acheive? Do you feel good that you have done someone harm for being an individual and not just following a crowd? I don't see why I or anyone else should have any sympathy what so ever for your so called 'problem' so deal with it yourself, and hope no one as idiotic as you starts abusing you for what you wear or listen to.
seriously, are you stupid enough to ridicule people just because of what they wear? And now you want, what? Our sympathy because you are turning into one of these 'evil beings'? Maybe you are only doing it now because it has become trendy, maybe you are just afraid of being your own person, and now that so many others are wearing the black hoodies, and calling themselves 'goths' you are so insecure you feel you must belong to that group, or you might not be popular anymore. Maybe you'll learn something from it, maybe you'll get some sense, but as for what you should do? Oh no. Poor you. What a predicament.
Get over it.
