"So I just bought an Xbox..."

I don't think I've ever even looked at this forum before but I just bought an Xbox so this would seem as good a time as any to make my first post. I only really wanted to play Halo but I just went into SR's arch-rivals G*** and they'd labelled up the console wrong, so I made an impulse purchase and got a BIG bargain. It also came with Oddworld (or whatever it's called) and Project Gotham Racing. Yay me!

Any other recommendations?

LOL.. i have only got this stupid HSBC Debit card, i dunno how much i can draw at a time.. but i know its as much as 40 quid... because that was the highest ive ever spent with it. Having a card which you can use instead of money is just so inviting. LOL.. you just dont realize that youve spent so much until your statement comes through the post. Same with mobiles, soo annoying.

i've had mine for 3 years now and have just got an upped credit limit of £1400 hehe which aint bad for someone who aint had a permenat job yet LOL

How do you like the console U.K?

When I got mine, it was like a totally new gaming experince, I have a PS2 and a GC, but there's just something about the X-Box, it feels more like, well, a gamers console.

Cool, I'll have a look at those games. I think I'll avoid DOA: Xtreme Volleyball for now - looks like it might be a bit of a girlfriend anti-magnet. Free anorak though :)
