Channel 4 didn't show them live, so Channel 5 wouldn't either. They'd probably put in on Monday evenings instead of late night .... which is why I want Sky to get their ass, in gear.

A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER SITE:

"channel 5 would never get pay per views for one simple reason......Sunday night baseball, their contract with the networks means they cannot change the late night sunday slot from baseball, if no baseball, then they have US football. If I remember right, the superbowl is usually on the same day as the rumble, and channel 5 have that this year, unless i am mistaken and its on a monday, anyway, channel 5 will not show ppvs."

How many people have signed the petitions. I signed the first one at number 38. Come on guys, how bad do you want the rumble?

*Starts singing, "How bad, do you want RR, how bad, do want RR, how bad do want RR, how bad, do you want RR?"*

To the tune of "Oh, ah, it's Ambrosia!" (Must be sung in a Cornish accent).

I'm counting on Sky and you KNOW that Sky Sports can do the best job of showing the Royal Rumble, Backlash, Fully Loaded and Armageddon as they are intended ... LIVE, NO AD's, and UNCUT. I really hated them when thy were on C4, I was always to tired to enjoy them fully, and I know this may sound wired, but even if it was only 50 minutes Tape Delay, they just wern't as fun to watch to when they are Live.

As for Heat if Sky get these, I recon it might be more suited as a Sky One program rather than Sky Sports 1, and you know that they will pick a better timeslot that Channel 4 did. Something like 7/8 in the evening, or even the LIVE US MTV version, which would be Midnight over here, but I'd stay up and watch that

Sky will buy the rights, you just know they will.

There is some good news for fans in the United Kingdom who are disappointed that the Royal Rumble will not be shown there. Sky may be picking up the rights to Sunday Night Heat and the four pay-per-views that Channel 4 recently dropped

really i think 300-500 would do - since they have had an influx of phone calls/faxes/e-mails concerning the matter - but this will ADD AN EDGE (no pun intended ;) )

Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
