Hmmmm.
The last few stories have been... well, utter disasters. This is usually to do with something I've done. :0D
Sorry.
I really hope the next one we do will be a bit more popular... but it's pointless starting it unless we at least find out why people aren't writing.
Is it building up too quickly, too much to read? That could be sorted to limiting the posting... I suppose...
Not enough time?
Or, as I suspect, crap plots? :0D
Yeah, sorry once again about that. Getting up my own arss trying to keep the story as one long story... and forgetting that's it much more fun just to write a story. Limitations, you see. That's why it was so much fun the first stories, and crap now. My fault again, sorry. :0)
*cough*... err... not really getting anywhere with this.
Who wants to start the next story? I sure as hell don't. :0)
:-D
Ok. Suggestion time again (sorry to be suggesting all this stuff all the time, but...)
Team A - Grix picks.
Medievil Story.
Team B - Ant picks
old style sci fi story.
How about it?
As captain, maybe you get the final say on who form your team starts the story, or something.
Or sod all, if you prefer. But either way you should be one of the pickers as you've been heavily participating in all the stoires so you know most about everyone's writing style.
I've got an idea! How about a little compo. Two teams, two stories. You CAN'T WRITE IN THE OTHER STORY. At the end, the posters on the site can vote for the favourite story.
You could put a limit of, say, 2 months or something. Don't need a prize or Extra GAD or anything, just friendly rivalry between the writers.
Thoughts?
Heh - very modest Grix, but I want you to be the leader. I would be a nightmare running the entire thing, but I wouldn't mind having a go! :D
:0D
As wonderful experience it would be to be captain, *memories of standing lonely at the goal line returning...*, shouldn't the people that actually want to start a story pick the writers?
