What was the first film you ever saw at the cinema?

Think back, what was your earliest cinema memory?
As far as I can remember the first movie I ever saw at the cinema was Disney's oliver and company. About that cat in the city.

I bet most of your first times were disney films too.

One of my first times was to go see the rocketeer or something. It was a real life movie not a cartoon. About a man who put on a mask and could fly like a rocket. The only thing apoart from that which I can remember about it, is there was a blimp in there somewhere.

I believe that the first proper movie I saw at the cinema was Return of the Jedi. I'd seen Star Wars, but not Empire, as we didn't have a VCR. How many people did back in 1983? But Star Wars I'd seen on TV one Xmas.

But yeah, though RotJ is the first movie I remember going to see, I vaguely remember my dad taking me to the cinema in Ely, it's not there anymore, (it was where Boots is for those that know Ely). I think he used to take me and my brother to watch The Incredible Hulk, or something. Very vague memory that is.

Let's stop now, before I retell the fact that Maximus draws his lines from Goofy's classic Spartacus recition.

LoL. Yes, The Terminator-1000 is actually Mickey Mouse in a really cheesy disguise.

" Gee willickers, John, come with me now!"

" No way!"

" Well, gee, get him Pluto!"

I started going to the cinema about 6, but the earliest clear memory was of Terminator 2. My dad got me in somehow, don't ask me how, I don't remember.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
