Well what are the worst PS2 games that are in shops, not even worthy to play. I can think of a few now off the top of me head:

ok it may not have been as good as it was hyped....but come on...it isn't one of the worst games out there for the ps2.......the army men games and stuff are easily worse than it

My first game was fifa 2001. The worst game I have ever purchased!
I think EA spread themselves a bit thin. If you give the players in fifa 2001 helmets and sticks they'd be in NHL Hockey.
