Are there any free ftp programs avaliable? I remeber someone saying MS IE could be used to upload websites, thanks in advance for any help.

If your using Dreamweaver... Use it's in built FTP.

There is an FTP program built into IE6. I'm not sure if earlier versions have this though. To call it up just type 'ftp.yoursite.com'.
