It seems to me that people have not been looking at the bottom of the GAD pop up windows so may not have seen that they have won GAD.

To help these people out, i have made a list of all the unclaimed GAD's from the old system.
If you are on it then go claim now!

Not at all. If you know what you want, and if you have been waiting in great anticipation for it, then choose it, and enjoy your GAD prize.
If on the other hand, you are not too sure on what game or DVD to choose, then simply wait a while until it is released, or until you hear some of the latest news about a new game or DVD coming out. Whatever happens, Special Reserve kindly give us 90 days to claim our GAD prize(s), which is also more than enough time to decide.

Even I chose my GAD prize on the day I had won. I don’t think that there is anything wrong in that. If what you want is there, then ask Special Reserve to send you one. It makes it easier for you and also for SR. I think it’s best to let them know what you want as soon as possible, so you don’t keep the company busy, providing of course, you are sure on what to choose.

I will claim my DVD soon, but i have no idea which one to get as all the decent ones coming soon, i.e Swordfish, Final Fantasy i got from the U.S.
I might get Rush Hour 2 (seeing as it was a Jackie Chan film that won me the DVD in the first place)

Freeola & GetDotted are rated 5 Stars

Check out some of our customer reviews below:

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
