i know that the yelow stick is meant to replicate the feel of a mouse on pc but it just doesnt its clumsy and i can never aim properly with it
an example of this would be medal of honour play that on the cube and then play it on pc see what i mean??
maybe the n64 control system was a bit cumbersome and maybe it didnt quite have the freedom of the current system but i sure enjoyed perfect dark and goldeneye a lot more than medal of honour or jedi knight because at least then i allways felt i had control of my character unlike now...
...but like i said maybe its just me??
The same cannot be said about the PS2's controller and FPS's. I just can't get to grips with that. It takes me ages to aim accuratly and chances are I'm shot by the time I'm all lined up. So I usually send bullets everywhere just in hope.
i use the grey stick for moving forwared and backwards, the yellow for moving sideways,
easy, works a treat, having the 2 sticks at different hights works so much better than the dual shock pad its just easier to control,
