I ordered a game on 25th Feb, paid £8.99 3 day postage and Insurance. I also emailed Importmadness and it should of come today, but it hasn't!! I don't know who to contact etc.. So could someone help me, please. Who normally brings the game (which postal service), how much is the Tax etc.. ANY INFO WILL DO, Has someone had this problem before??? and before you ask the game isn't Animal Crossing!!!

I need to know where Importmadness actually are in America (State)that would be helpful... :)

just a note on the import game side of things, I have found newageocnsoles.com to be quite good, they are based in the UK and have a high street shop which is reassuring.

They have some older games at great prices.

No there not essential but i get them mainly for the texture, music and Game cards. The textures are great because there officially done and look superb on your clothes etc and i doubt you can make them yourselfs at the able sister's tailor's!! The music can be done yourself but it's nice to have the cards and be able to swipe whichever one you want when you want. and the game cards are pretty cool to watch and involve you picking 3 character cards and race in a relay race (for example) against the computer opponents, if you win you win a password!!! :)

Do i need to pay for p+p for each pack seperately?? my order came to $31 (about £20) and that was for 5x 1.99 + £7.44 p+p, i don't think i need to but could someone confirm this?? Thankyou.

Do you actually need to buy trading cards for AC? I think it's as obsessive as Pokemon but a bit worse.

It's because you've ordered 5 items, I wanted to order 10 packs of series 2 cards but saw the postage cost and decided against it.

Me thinks it's a rip off. I'm sure it doesn't cost £1.50 extra for each pack of cards, it's not like they're sending them singly.

I've just brought 5 packs of the Animal Crossing Series 3 (from Importmadness) which are released Monday and i paid the normal Air Mail shipping, the cheapest option! How long does this normally take, do you reckon about 2 weeks??? Oh and i don't know if this is because i pre-ordered the packs but the Air Mail shipping method which was £3.99 has gone up to £7!! also the 5 day method is £22 and the 3 Day is £44!!! Anyone had the same?? :)

Thanks for all the info, it arrived the following day and the Postage was lower? They must of knew it wasn't going to arrive in the 3 days's, it was about £5.45!!! so everything is fine. I will use them again in the future.

Don't pay the extra charge for 3-day delivery with these guys. I did and it still took a week to turn up, your wasting your money otherwise.

Import Madness as you can guess by their web address is British. I have no idea where exactly in Britain they are but I would expect more quality from them than any American import site.

I just pre-ordered a game myself on Saturday, it won't come until the 4th of April without paying any extra fees just to get it to me any quicker it should arrive on the 14th which is the proper retail R. Date in the USA.
