Yep. I was fighting Nelo Angelo and I kept doing Vortex. I think its something that you will have to get use to. On THPS3 I started off by using the direction pad to do spins. I couldnt use the R1 or L1 buttons to spin, but now iam use to it. With DMC your so use to using R1 to use sword attacks that you always keep it down when fighting.
And the bosses that I said seem easier on the next are harder on the last time, I'm sure it's not me. >_<

There are 23 missions. And a load of secret missions. You also get to unlock new modes for completing the game. You have to complete the game 3 times to get all the modes.
A good move to buy is Air Raid. Purple orbs are good as they give you one extra Devil trigger letter.

Its probably due to your knowledge of how to beat them.
I have a question, with the enemy guide in the actually game. There is a number/number at the bottom for each enemy. For some its 8/8 and others like bosses its 5/9. I havent used a yellow orb or anything. I read the manual when I first got the game and cant remember seeing anything about this number, does anyone know what it is for ?
