Just wondering how good it is, as I'm considering buying it second hand. Also (and more importantly), is there a cheat to make the women naked??

Yeah, it's pretty good. But there are loads of other fighters out there that are equally good. Most noticably TTT but also Capcom vs SNK 2 and Guilty Gear X. If it's second hand then you couldn't really go wrong.
Certainly better than Tekken Tag, in my humble opinion.
Oh...ok...forget about the naked women...is it a decent fighter?
Don't waste your money buying a game if its just for nudity. I've found a channel that has naked ladies on it all the time!
