Just wondering how good it is, as I'm considering buying it second hand. Also (and more importantly), is there a cheat to make the women naked??

I like DOA2 for three things -
The counters
It's good if you want to play against mates who might not have the game (whereas with Tekken, pretty much an expert will whip a newbie into next week)
and Lei Fang. Though my wife objects when I call her Lei ;-).
I'm not saying it's better than Tekken, it just provides a good alternative.

Shes in the first Soul Calibur. Cant remember her name, iam sure it begins with a V.

VF4 is out in March is it not?
I think SC2 is much later but it will be better.

I have DOA2 on the Dreamcast.
I also have Soul Calibur and that wipes the floor with it.
Then I have Tekken Tag on PS2 and that is also better.
DOA2 is still a good game mind. It's just there is no where near enough depth. There are hardly any moves compared to TTT and Soul Calibur.
Best beat-em'up is Soul Calibur. If you have a DC, get that.
So I'd probably advise against getting DOA2. Doesn't hold your interest for long enough to make it a worthy purchase.
Of course, it really depends on what you're paying for it.

I have it on the DC and it is good - but nothing better than Tekken. The DOA2 series is infamous for one thing - and many people buy it just for that, but that aside - buy it, it's quite good, but I find the controls jerky. Oh, and no - there is no nude cheat on the PAL version - only the Japanese (NTSC) version.
